Carnival is ready for the new safety rules, says Tom Strang, Carnival vice-president, policy and regulation, maritime policy and compliance. The company’s two new Princess 3,600-passenger ships, which will enter service in spring 2013 and spring 2014, will conform fully with the latest regulations.
